Chapter 3 : How to use Subway in Seoul

Seoul has a very advanced and well-developed Subway.

It can be used to travel to everywhere in Seoul ^^ Hehe.

I looks complicated and it is true!

You seriously need to bring along the above map and do preparation before you use it.

You can easily get this map through internet or Tourist centre in Korea. ^^

I found one supreme helpful website to use Subway in Korea:

What you do it, identify the subway station nearest to your destination and select them in the link.

Very User-friendly.^^

Then the subway is similar to LRT in Malaysia.

Grab yourself one Touch and Go card.

In Seoul, you need to buy the card in Mini-mart or others.

There got a variety of cards you can purchase, like Lotte Member card or T money... etc

The difference is the discount sort of offers... Probably (not sure XD )

Why I have 2? because I lost the T Money... >,< so unlucky. 

OR else, but one trip ticket with the machine in the station:

 Ticket Vending and Card Reload Device

You can buy this with the machine. And remember to refund the card after you used it. 500 Won is paid as deposit.

The subway is rather hot but it shows you everything.

Each subway has various of Exits (1 to 10 may be). But there are maps to help you to choose which exit you want to use.

There is 3D map for users too.

Before entering the train, they clearly state the direction to users too.

As well as 

There are a lot of Road Signs, you will not get lost if you can read numbers and maps.^^

Hopefully this is helpful. 

Subway is more convenient and easy to be used for foreigners because there are English/Japanese/Mandarin.

But Buses mostly in Korean language. ;p

Chapter 2 : Eyes on Yonsei University

Now, I am going to introduce you guys - One of the Korea Top Universities - 

Yonsei University

- 16th in QS Asian University Ranking

- Located in Seoul

- Christian University

-Nice and Modern!

With This! I Explore and Travel in Yonsei :

As you can see, the buildings shown on the map are all in 3D. I can easily recognize the buildings and go everywhere I want. I never get lost in University with this, my new lovely darling. Hehe ^^

The Main road of Yonsei. Wide and all Junctions will have traffic officers.

All buildings and designs of the Structures are modern and Good-looking!

The University is BIG and with well-established facilities. ^^

Cars are everywhere in Yonsei (just like UM)

But... UM has Swimming pool... Wohoo... Cheers, UM-ians. haha.

 There are a lot of fantastic mind-relaxing and calming down places too:

(So suitable for unwinding and ... dating. haha)

And students can Smoke "proudly" in the campus. O.o

Males Students here are mostly Muscular and Fit. Some really look handsome.

But I mostly find extreme beautiful girls outside. haha ^^ 

Some female students look very ok... and some are typical Korean. ^^

Next I am going to highlight some interesting places. hehe

Underwood hall

(office of President ... etc)

 See. Plant is on the wall... My dream house is almost like that. Embrace the Mother of nature ~

Next, this is really Wao-ing! haha

Central Library and Yonsei-Sumsung Library

 You see! So modern design. Amazingly comfortable and study-mood producing. haha

 Computers are everywhere, just they scare you do not use it. :p

 Study Place. Quiet and Solemn... ^^

They do not forget the Greenery as well... Hehe

I super like their library. I want to study in there and sleep inside. haha

Another favourite part is, they have a Church inside! Thanks God.

Luke Church

Thanks God, they have English Sunday Service. haha^^

5pm on Sunday. Yes!!! I do not need to walk far.

Even the Church looks so great and attractive! Argghhhhh....

Severance Hospital

Providing international-level service and well-recognised. ^^

I am going to say about Yonsei is, Thanks God, it is really a good University.

It is really an amazing place and I love it very much.

Food Courts & Security are everywhere and Buildings are looking splendid!

What I rather not like is... Subway Station is far from the University. T.T

Although shuttle bus is provided, it has limited time. haha

I guess I have to exercise whenever I want to go out.

I am going to explore more in Seoul soon. YES! haha

No time to waste. Take AirBus to Yonsei ^^ 

Bus 6011 straight arrives Yonsei University Station.

 Check in and ... Here is my Dorm...

 Desk and study place. So like it... If UM has it, surely will be wonderful!

Settled and time's to Hiao! haha

Lunch First (just outside of SK house and near East Gate)

Walao! Wanna eat die me a? Totally cannot finish all...So full... 

In Malaysia, we are afraid we cannot be full but here I afraid I cannot finish all >,< haha

Next station, walking around ^^

The roads there are quite wide and big... Hmm...

and of course, Buy one Touch and Go, hehe

Although is just a town outside the University, It is not small and has a lot of Shop-lots.

What I discover is :

Masks are super duper cheap!

one piece not even RM1.00 haha. (not branded de la)

Feeling :

I cannot speak and understand Korean Language, this makes me face difficulty in communicating with Korean there >,< haha. I want to LEARN KOREAN LANGUAGE ASAP! Hehe

Seoul is well developed and crowded. Hmmm... Tall buildings and big cars.

Expecting tomorrow's short orientation...^^
